Refund Policy

Digital Products (STL Files) All digital products (STL files for 3D printing) are non-refundable once downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns after the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us at dbloze17@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical Products (Wooden Wall Art) We offer a 30-day return policy for physical products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received – unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your physical order within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
